But the time spent in a classroom trying to decide, What are we going to do today? is not yours. It's your students' time.
Modeling time management and efficiency is an important part of the teaching process.
Your principal, fellow teachers, students, and your students' parents all watch how you manage your time. Your time management showcases your values and speaks of your priorities.
What are you spending your time on today? How much time are you investing in those things or people who matter to you most?
Show your students that they matter to you. Go to class prepared.
