Week 35 - Involuntary Transfer
"Take the attitude of a student. Never be too big to ask questions. Never know too much to learn something new" - Og Mandino
Jan's involuntary transfer to an elementary school was difficult. Not only did she prefer middle school, but she felt inadequate to teach at the elementary level. Just because she was certified in that area didn't mean she wanted to teach it.

How does she do that? Jan wondered. Then, in a moment of utter humility, she said aloud, "How do you do that?"
That was the beginning of a beautiful friendship and a successful school year.
